How to Set up CRM/Keap

Goal: Seamless.AI can help you easily import your personal information into your CRM. The goal here is to set up an API connection in Seamless.AI.

1. Go into your Keap profile and choose ‘API Settings’ from the list.

2. Copy the Current Legacy Key if there is one.

If there is not, click the ‘Generate Legacy Key’ button.
To create a new Legacy API key, click the ‘Replace Legacy Key’ button.

3. Go back to Seamless.AI. Click the ‘three dots’ in the /Keap button.

4. Select the profile you want to connect and click ‘Allow’. It will ask for your API key which you can paste in.

5. If you do not have a key, go to the ‘three dots’ in Zapier, then ‘Customize Settings’.

6. Use the following customization, then click ‘Save Settings’:

Use this Zapier Account, Settings, and Mappings for - Only Me.
Send Username (email address) with each contact/company - No
