  • How to Set up Additional Users in the AgencySonar Platform

Goal: Delegating tasks to members of your team can increase efficiency and allow you to focus on big picture projects. Here we will set up different users (sales reps, marketing, and admins) in your account. This will allow all members of you team to access to any relevant material they may need for tasks assigned to their role.

Login to AgencySonar.

1. Start by clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner.

2. Go to ‘Systems’ then ‘Users’ on the left side of the dashboard.

3. Then click on the ‘Add A New User’ button.

4. Fill out the following fields with the relevant details then hit ‘Create User’. 

5. To update permissions, change this access section to Marketer to grant them access to all websites. 

Changing the permission to Marketer not only gives you the ability to delegate but it is also one level higher than the sales security access.

The marketer can assign leads, email leads, and follow and hide them unlike in sales.

How do I know when I'm finished?

1. New users are set up and their relevant details included. 

2. Permissions are granted to marketers to give them access to all websites.
